    How to Perform Sage100 2019 Installation

    Follow the steps below to install the latest Sage 100 2019 release.

    Total Time: 25 minutes

    Prior to Installing

    ๐Ÿ’  Verify your systems meet the minimum system requirements
    ๐Ÿ’  Back up companies.
    ๐Ÿ’  Have users close down Sage
    ๐Ÿ’  Close down other running programs on the computer.
    ๐Ÿ’  Turn off anti-virus program
    ๐Ÿ’  Leave the firewall on
    ๐Ÿ’  Ensure User Account Control is set to only minimum.

    Download 2019 Update

    ๐Ÿ’  Open to the program from the server and choose Services and click on CHECK FOR UPDATES.
    ๐Ÿ’  Click Check NOW.
    ๐Ÿ’  Choose the Sage 50 100 2019 upgrade version and click DOWNLOAD.
    Close down the program, when the process completes and continue with the next step.

    Installing the Sage 100 2019 Update

    On Standalone Computer

    ๐Ÿ’  Click on install when you receive the prompt.
    ๐Ÿ’  On Welcome screen, you can go through the installation instructions by clicking on the View link.
    ๐Ÿ’  Turn off the anti-virus program and click on Next.
    ๐Ÿ’  Once you agree to the license agreement click on Next.
    ๐Ÿ’  Select the โ€œAuto configureโ€ฆโ€ box and click on Next.
    ๐Ÿ’  Verify the Serial number or enter a new one, and click on Next.
    ๐Ÿ’  Select YES and click on Next.
    ๐Ÿ’  From Install option, select the company data & program files location and click on Install.
    ๐Ÿ’  Allow the installation to compete

    On Network

    ๐Ÿ’  Perform the above steps from step 1 to step 6
    ๐Ÿ’  Now, when the prompt โ€œwill this be the ONLY computerโ€ฆโ€ choose No and click on Next.
    ๐Ÿ’  From Company Data Files Storage click on THIS COMPUTER IS THE SERVER option and click on Next.
    ๐Ÿ’  Verify the install preference and proceed
    ๐Ÿ’  From Sharing Company Data screen, choose Share the Folder option click on Next
    ๐Ÿ’  Allow the installation to complete and the program to activate.
    ๐Ÿ’  Log in to all company and convert the data into the new version.
