    🔸 Select User Accounts 
    🔸 Click on User Accounts (Classic View).
    🔸 Click on the Change user account control settings tab
    🔸 You will get a prompt from UAC. 
    🔸 Choose Yes 
    🔸 Move the slider. 
    🔸 Set it to Never Notify 
    🔸 Select OK
    🔸 It will turn the UAC off
    🔸 Restart the computer
    🔸 Check if the issue is still there

    🔸 Type CMD in space provided for search.
    🔸 Right-click on Command
    🔸 Select Run as Administrator
    🔸 Type “CD\Windows\syswow64” 
    🔸 Press Enter
    🔸 Then type “regsvr32MSXML3.dll” in the space provided 
    🔸 Press Enter
    🔸 A prompt will appear confirming “DllRegisterServer in msxml3.dll is succeeded”. 
    🔸 Click Ok to continue
    🔸 Type “regsvr32 MSXML.4dll” in the space provided
    🔸 Press Enter

    Please note: If you are unable to register “MSXML.4dll”, check if UAC is turned off. If not, follow the steps mentioned above to put it off. You can switch it on after completing the registration

    🔸 Type “regsvr32 MSXML6.dll” 
    🔸 Press Enter
    🔸 A prompt will appear confirming “DllRegisterServer in msxml4.dll is succeeded”. 
    🔸 Click Ok to continue
    🔸 Restart QuickBooks. 
    🔸 Open the QuickBooks license file. Check if the QuickBooksregistration.dat error still exists
