Step 1: Get Your Pay Stubs
➽ If you haven’t already, create a Workforce account
➽ Go to the workforce.intuit.com and log in
➽ Next, select the Paychecks option
➽ Choose a date range that is good for you
➽ You can view up to one year’s worth of paychecks at a time
Choose one of the options below:
➽ On the pay stub you want to download, select Download
➽ To see, download, or print a pay stub, you can choose on an appropriate option
➽ Select the Download all button located below the paycheck list to download all of your pay stubs at once (this is not available for everyone).
Step 2: See Your Time Off, Year-to-Date and Personal Information
Your Paychecks screen provides you with more relevant information right now.

➽ Year-to-date: Gross and net pay, withholding, and deductions are all available in one place.
To view your personal, financial, and tax information, go to the Profile tab. Please let your employer know if any of this information is wrong or needs to be updated.
Step 3: Get your W-2s
From the W-2 screen, you may see your W-2 copies B, C, and 2. You may need to verify your phone number or any of your personal information first for enhanced security.

Your W-2s will be available to you as soon as your employer makes them available before January 31. W-2s from the previous three years are accessible.
